The aim of the paper is to determine financial effects of new technology implementation in solving the drought problem. The subject of the research is analysis of financial performance of agricultural enterprises producing same cultures in conditions of natural water regime and irrigation. The data sources are official financial statements reported by the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) for the period 2012-2014. The results of the research indicate that there is a strong impact of new technology implementation on business success of agricultural enterprises, as well as on the level of their financial performances.
