Abstract

In this paper, the influence foreign direct investments (FDIs) had on the economic growth of 10 selected countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) was analysed. The program of transition planned to market-oriented economy initiated in these countries in early 1990 was largely based on foreign direct investments.
