Project management practices are changing continuously. Corporations are transitioning and adjusting approaches in team organization and project management methodologies in order to improve project efficiency. Agile and traditional methodologies use similar principles in an effort to deliver desirable results. Regardless of the method chosen, each project needs the essential estimation of a scope of work, cost estimate, approved timelines, appropriate access to qualified, available resources and a thorough risk assessment. Exchange of experience as well as promotional activities are needed in order to introduce the Agile Project Management methodology in companies in Serbia.
