Abstract

Employees’ competence measurement, their evaluation, and the development of the employees are very important activities in the human resource management. Investing in the staff development is increasing of the quality of each employee and the organization by itself. When employees are motivated and satisfied with their job than their performance will be higher, and that will help increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Therefore, the goal of every organization is to create the conditions for improving the competence of its employees and it will, also, improve the performances of the company.
